Lodging:
The photos on the right side was the actual motel we
were staying.
Day 1, we had been traveling for more than twelve hours.
We didn't spend much time to a motel to stay. The Dutch
motel, where is along Highway 1, on north of the Portland,
Maine. Good Quality, and I believe it is a family owned
business (Photo #1)
Day 2, it was an interesting story while looking for
place to stay at Halifax. First of all, I suggest that
everyone reserve motel before arriving to the Halifax
area. We heard that motels are in high demand during
the summer and autumn, of course the supply is low.
It is quite possible that some travelers may be not
able to find any place to stay. For the worst case,
I suggest travelers bring several blanket along them
during the trip.
However, fortunate enough (or with plenty of helps
from other local motel), we were able to reserve a place,
namely "Bed N Breakfast," to stay. But, (I
have to complain a little here) the road signs condition
was so poor that we couldn't see anything while searching.
Some characters on the road signs weren't there at all.
Highway is only with two lanes wide but be prepared
an exit is on the left side. For the US travelers, finding
destination may be a difficult task especially at a
raining evening. It took us forever to locate our place.
Well, it was a late, dark, and cold night, the rain
was pouring. Finally, we able to locate the correct
street.....then, I was counting the house number....7007..7011........7015....
But I was questioning, where is the 7009...7013?? Then,
we turned around. It was a big and dark Cemetery right
on the other side of the road. Feeling chilly and .....
we ran away.
Well, the photos shown on the right were taken the
next morning. The place was close to a Titanic Grave
Site....Actually, the Bed
N Breakfast was not bad. Owners were warm, friendly,
and helpful. They even cook you breakfast. What a experience!

Day 3 and 4, we chose a motel named Harbourview
Inn which was a BIG surprise. It is beautiful Motel.
We really enjoy the stay over there. Please go and check
their website. (Photo #8)
Day 6, we were staying at a friend's place at Pocono,
Pa where is a great area to visit. Surprisingly, a bear
picture was taken there. (Photo #9)
